Intel(R) wi-fi 6 AX201 not working on Intel Nuc 10th gen i5

I am a Cyber Security student and I need to be able to access the internet with my Intel Nuc but the wi-fi card seems to disconnect itself from my home wi-fi, any fix for this screw-up, or do I have to ring up and complain about the driver for the card being bugged or something cause this would fall onto Intel if I miss out on doing my course which means I can kiss about $400 AUD down the drain

Chaoslight18, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

What is the model of the Intel® NUC?

What is the model of the Router?

Is this a new Intel® NUC?

When did you purchase it?

Was it working fine before?

When did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?

The wireless card, did you purchased it separately or did it came installed on the computer?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Does the problem happen at home or work/class environment?

Please provide the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, please check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
