Intel Software Studio doesn't retain settings

I changed LED settings and performance settings. But Studio settings do not take effect after the reboot. Although, it still shows the settings I had selected the settings for LEDs.  For example, this HDD LED is disabled and I am looking at it blinking in reality.

  • Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) results 
  • Was the application working properly before?
  • Please provide steps to reproduce this problem

Hi David,

I've attached the System report. Though it's from the unit which has been replaced with the same model and both of these, have the same issue. Both didn't/doesn't retain the settings.

2- It never worked for me nor in old unit and nor in the new unit.

3- To reproduce the issue, I just need to restart the machine and settings are lost.
