Hi,
I have a NUC7i5BNH that is discontinued, S/N <Removed> and SA# J31169-311.
I recently purchased 3 Acer Monitors and on connecting them sound will not work on any of the 3 monitors. I have done the sound several times but still no noise can be heard.
Can anyone please assist me,
Muchly Appreciated.

Since this unit has been discontinued, the ICS agents are NOT going to help you. The Super User volunteers will attempt to do so...
How are you connecting these three monitors? If one is direct-connected to the NUC's HDMI port, the Intel HD Audio driver should support it. Have you checked to see if the settings are correct in the Sound Settings and that that specific monitor is selected as the output (from the left-click menu on the taskbar icon)?
As well, please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. When you start the tool, select Everything and then click on Scan. Once it completes the scan process, click on Next and then Save. Pick a name for the text file to create and click on Save to create it. You can then close the app. Finally, open a response post here and then, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog (below the edit box for the body of your response post), upload and attach this text file to the response post.
