Hi,
all of a sudden my Adobe Lightroom doesn't get along with the Intel UHD graphics driver of my NUC10 i7-10710U. All worked fine before...
LR runs with high load while doing nothing, masking tasks take forever, after finishing LR runs for another 20 min with 30% system load and prevents LR from restarting during this time.
If I disable Intel UGD Graphics in Device Manager, everything runs normally. But other issues occur due to missing graphic drivers, of course.
Intel Driver & Support assistant shows all green, I have Intel UHD Driver 30.0.101.1660 installed - update to anything newer does not fix the issue.

Jean O.,
the issue came up after installing Windows 11 22H (1.10.2022)
As mentioned in my note I did install 31.0.101.2111 without any changes before I approached Intel...
BUT
doing the clean installation steps and install 31.0.101.2111 again the issue is solved - for now:-)..., !
Thank you very much!
BUT
allow me a bit (constructive) criticism - why does a driver installation w/o clean install don't work and why do a dump user as I am get the clean installation steps only after reaching out to support?
Anyhow, thx again.

Hello MKemp4,
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
To have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
- When did the issue start?
- Do you recall any Windows, Driver, or Software updates before the issue started?
- Does the issue appear when using other applications?
Also, you mention having the graphics driver 30.0.101.1660. There is a newer driver version available for your unit 31.0.101.2111. I would recommend installing the driver following the clean installation steps.
Best regards,
Jean O.

Hello MKemp4,
I am glad to know the information helped. Hopefully, it will help other community members. Since the thread is now solved, I will close it.
Regarding your questions, keep in mind that sometimes corrupted files from previous installations of drivers can linger on a system which can cause driver updates to not work as expected. It may be why your system had problems that were solved by a clean installation.
If you need any additional information, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards,
Jean O.
