Intel Usage System Report process takes up 30% of the processor capacity. How can I turn off this process?

This process' power usage is marked as "Very high". As a result, the fan is working full blast. It's been this way for about couple of hours so far, never was like this before. The BIOS was updated a day or two ago. How can I turn off this process? I am not at all happy that my processor is 30% loaded all the time with no programs running at all.

I'm glad that it helped. Next time while you reinstalling Intel DSA do not permit any telemetry of your usage.
