Intel nuc 5i3RYH and home theatre system

Hello, help for this problem:

I have an Intel NUC 5i3RYH with WINDOWS 10 PRO 64bits connected to a Samsung TV and to a home theater system like this:

Intel nuc with mini HDMI - HDMI cable at the input of the switch that I report in the picture below.

HDMI out of the switch to the Samsung TV and S/PFID out to the home theater system.

I downloaded and updated the REALTEK codecs to the R2.82 version.

Problem

From the audio settings of the control panel the system only detects the Samsung TV and speakers not connected and there is not digital S/PIFD audio.

because? How do you solve it?

Questions

I want to send the Dolby and DTS signal to the Home Theater system, can I do that?

Thanks to everyone who will answer me.

Hi Gianpiero: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® NUC communities. We will do our best to provide the information you are looking for.

To deliver the most accurate response we just wanted to check a few details about your system:

What is the model of the monitor?

What is the model of the home theater?

What is the model of the switch/receiver?

We can try a BIOS update to the latest version, 0367 using the F7 method:

Also please try to install graphics driver 4624 or 4835:

Hello,

I checked the KRFV5570D manual at https://manual.kenwood.com/files/B60-5337-00.pdf and I dont see any HDMI input/output on the receiver itself, am I correct?

Do the images attached to the post belong to the switch/receiver MOSOU CONVERTER - HDMI to HDMI + AUDIO? If that is the case, it is very possible that having this switch in between may be causing the issue.

I would recommend that you check the following guide regarding Home Theater/ AVR set up, https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000008497/mini-pcs.html also check here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000008497/mini-pcs.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000008497/mini-pcs.html

Hi Ronny, I confirm that the KRFV5570D receiver is a slightly dated model and has no HDMI input/output ports.

The connection with the MOSOU CONVERTER switch/receiver is not OK?

I will consult the guide intently.

Thank you
