Intel nuc8i7hnb repodroduccion a saltos de Amazon y netflix en Kodi

Hola,

Hasta hace poco no tenia problemas, no se si ha sido a raiz de actualizar los drivers del pc o de windows, que se hace imposible ver contenido de Amazon o netflix en KODI, como antes. esta todo el rato con suttering (saltitos en la imagen) y marea mucho.

 

He probado restaurar windows y sigue igual.

¿Se puede actualizar los drivers de la grafica a unos drivers mas modernos que el 2020?¿como puedo ver que grafica esta usando para la reproduccion de videos, si la de Intel o la de AMD radeon RX Vega GL?

 

he provado la misma aplicacion, con la misma version, y los mismos addons y complementos en otro pc de la misma casa y va perfecto.

tiene que ser algo especifico del Intel Nuc del salon.

Regarding your inquiry, we recommend making sure that the unit is to date. You may find the latest drivers for the Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HNK in the following link, including graphics drivers (Intel® Integrated graphics and Radeon™ RX Vega M GL graphics), BIOS updates, etc. Downloads for Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HNK

Also, please refer to the article How to assign an application, program or game to Radeon* graphics? for steps to try to force the dedicated GPU to open a specific application (e.g. Kodi*).

 

If the behavior persists, could you please confirm/provide the following information?

 

1- Does the behavior occurs if you use the official Windows® Apps from the Microsoft® Store for these streaming services? (Netflix* App and Amazon* Prime Video for Windows)?

2- Also, does the behavior occurs if you try to watch content from the streaming service website using a web browser?

3- Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.

  • Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer
  • Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
  • Once you have saved the file (.txt file), please attach it to your reply.
  • To upload and attach a file, use the "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" option below the response textbox.

 

Note:

The latest official driver for Windows® 10 64-bit for NUC8i7HNK, NUC8i7HVK is Radeon™ RX Vega M graphics driver version 20.2.2 from Download Center.
Find here the download link and installation instructions.

Intel® is currently investigating this matter with AMD* and working with them to get newer driver releases for these NUCs but we still do not have an ETA (estimated time) for new information about this matter.
In the meantime, the recommendation is to stay with AMD* Radeon™ driver version 20.2.2 and keep on checking our Download Center website.

Hola,

he seguido el procedimiento para añadir Kodi en la configuracion de radeon, pero no hay ningun cambio.

respondiendo a las preguntas:

No hay problemas con las aplicacion oficial de Microsoft store, ni con netflix ni amazon prime, de hecho, usando Kodi de la microsft store Netflix funciona bien, pero amazon no se puede ni ver.

2- Also, does the behavior occurs if you try to watch content from the streaming service website using a web browser?

no hay ningun problema en netflix o amazon prime con firefox, chrome o edge.

3- Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.

Thank you for your response.

 

Checking the Intel® SSU report, we noticed that everything seems to be fine with the Intel® NUC: Windows®, BIOS, and graphics drivers are up to date. One key finding that we would like to point out is that the system is running driver 26.20.15019.19000 for the Radeon RX Vega M GL Graphics. This driver is the "Windows Driver Store Version" for the Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.2 Driver, meaning that the unit is already running the latest driver for this Intel® NUC model.

 

Based on the previous fact, and considering that Netflix* and Amazon* Prime work fine when using both official channels: the Windows® apps and the browser streaming service, at this point our recommendation is to address this behavior by checking for further suggestions on KODI* forums, for instance: https://forum.kodi.tv/ *
