Have a new Dell G5 15 5587, and from beginning I have Critical Events - IntelAudioService Stopped Working, drivers are updated, also updated Win to have 1809(pevious 1803) version. Trying almost every day to resolve issue through the troubleshoot settings but also without success. Dont know how to fix this.. :(
- You have addressed your problem in wrong forum. This is forum for Intel's NUC mini PC. I suggest that you should ask this question in Dell support forum.
- You may also try Windows 10 troubleshooter. Enter to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot . On R.H. panel press on Playing Audio and run the Troubleshooter.
- You may also try this: uninstall the Audio Drivers from device manager, and download a latest audio driver online. Once you have installed, be sure to restart your PC, and see if this does anything.
