i am not confident to disassemble - i set maximum processor state to 75% and quiet cooling in the BIOS - i want NUC to be as quiet as possible - i only use internet and email - no other programs

No, a vacuum won't work. Get a can of compressed air and blow into the chassis through the various air openings, especially the exhaust port on the back panel.

I recommend every 6-8 weeks; it all depends upon how dusty your environment is. If it's really dusty, do it every 4 weeks.

Might work. The higher the CFM, the better. Try to concentrate the airflow as much as possible. The canned stuff comes with teeny tube that really concentrates it.
