Is it possible to add a PCIe expansion card in Intel NUC-8 HOME MINI PC-NUC8i5BEKPA?

I would like to use multiple stereo cameras (Zed camera) to record high resolution video. Probably this will require addition of PCIe expansion card by Inateck. Is such an expansion possible in Intel NUC-8 HOME MINI PC-NUC8i5BEKPA.

No, but you could use a USB-C external adapter:
