I was trying to read from the memory but you said that it does not support Ubuntu, yet.
I was wondering if you have a new bios that I can install in the unit Intel BOXNUC7I3BNK memory that plugs on the Intel unit to read the Micro SDXC memory.
Now it does not see it. I got Ubuntu 18.04 running.

It sounds like you are looking for a Realtek card reader driver for Linux.
Download it from Realtek's website:

I an unsure that the BN NUCs support booting from MicroSD memory cards (I will update regarding this shortly). Once you are booted into an O/S (Linux or Windows) - and presuming you have an appropriate driver installed - you should have no issues reading/writing to/from MicroSD SDXC cards.
Hope this helps,
