I want to use VCUST to make a custom BIO file. The documentation only has 3 examples with 3 UQI numbers.

Hi PHuyn5,
Can you please provide me with your NUC model and with the exact settings that you are going to change and why do you need to change them?
Please keep in mind that there are setting that VCUST cannot modify, for example "Boot Order" so UQI are not available for these items.
Regards,
Ronny G

Hi
I am also very much interested in getting to know the vcust UQI commands for my nuc ( BOXNUC8i3BEK). More specific the bios setting of "Wake system from S5" - setting a specific time and day to wake up. The vcust manual says:
"UQI and value options should be from a report of the current BIOS."
but how do you generate that report?
Regards,
Dan

The UQI lists are included with each BIOS update as a separate document. The list is not universal and may change between model and bios revision. Be sure to use the latest version for your NUC.
For your NUC specifically, here is link to your UQI list: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/30154/eng/BE0087_UQI_List.txt
(NUC's bios update (BIOS of Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7BE, NUC8i5BE, and NUC8i3BE)
That link is found in the "Download Documentation" Section of your BIOS download page: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30154/BIOS-Update-BECFL357-
*Note* To others who find this, be sure you get the UQI list from the correct NUC model and BIOS revision. It is unlikely that it changes much, but Intel has deliberately not made a universal UQI list as there are likely changes betwen models and BIOS revisions. Go find your specific NUC model and bios revision here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/98414/Intel-NUC
