In general, your query is short on details. I will answer the raw questions you've asked, but these may not be the actual issue.
- First of all, PTT is supported in most NUCs. See here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/intel-nuc-boards/000007452.html for more details.
- In order to enable it in Windows 10, you must install package Intel Management Engine Consumer Driver for Windows 10 64-bit for Intel NUC Products, available here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28215/Intel-Management-Engine-Consumer-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit-for-Intel-NUC-Products?product=95067.
- Before installing this package, you should ensure that you have the latest version of the Intel Chipset Device Software package installed. For the BN NUCs, it is available here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26801/Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-for-Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC7i3BN-NUC7i5BN-NUC7i7BN?product=95067.
Hope this helps,
