Left Ctrl Key doesn't work on my Intel NUC M15

Hello, 

Left Ctrl key doesn't work on my Intel NUC M15.

all drivers are up to date. The Right Ctrl key works fine.

I've reinstalled the HID driver with no success, BIOS reset to defaults.

I've also checked the keyboard on https://www.keyboardtester.com/ left Ctrl key doesnt work, and with Onscreen Keyboard with the same result.

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19043) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)

BIOS: BCTGL357.0074.2022.0331.2129 (type: UEFI)

System Model: LAPBC710

Is there anything else that i could try in restoring the functionality of the Left CTRL key on my keyboard?

The keyboard problem you experience seems to be a hardware problem. I would recommend contacting the place of purchase for warranty support for your Intel® NUC M15 Laptop Kit - LAPBC710.
