Looking for a Thunderbolt 3 dock for my NUC8I7BEH.

Would like a few USB 3.1 ports, audio in / out, Type-C or T3 port. Anybody have good experience with a specific dock. Intel Compatibility list doesn't include any of the real popular products.

Yes, looked at the compatibility list first. The only T3 dock I found on the list was the Akitio T3DP-T3DU3IS-AKTU. That dock doesn't meet my needs. I would really like to see some compatibility info on docks like the CalDigit TS3 Plus, the Plugable TBT3-UD1-83, the Plugable TBT3-UDV and the OWC 12-Port OWCTB3DK12PSL. These seem to be the T3 docks that have the most reviews -- but nothing I can find on compatibility with the NUC.

Well, feel free to send examples of these docks to Intel and they will include them in their compatibility testing.

Alternatively, test them yourself and post your results here. ICS will add these results to the user-reported section of their compatibility report.

Yes, these are somewhat facetious statements, but the reality is that it costs money to procure and test these things and this money would need to be included in the development costs for the NUCs and then be amortized into the cost for these NUCs. While I would like to see more information in the compatibility reports, I certainly don't want to pay more for my NUCs to get this information.

Understand what your saying and don't disagree. Was just hoping someone on the forum had tried some of these devices and could provide input. While I can't provide any personal experience with T3 docks, I can provide input on two items that work well (at least so far) with my new NUC8i7BEH. The Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 SSD and the 860 EVO SATA III SSD.
