Looking for working link to Thunderbolt 3 Firmware 27 for NUC6i7KYK

Hello,

I'm trying to update my Thunderbolt 3 Firmware on my NUC6i7KYK manufactured 06-2016.  It has a SA# H9075x-110 or lower so I need to use the Intel Thunderbolt firmware version 27.  All support document links such as https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29633?v=t that should point to this firmware instead point to version 38 on the Thunderbolt firmware for NUC6i7KYK NUC's with SA #'s H9075x-111 or higher.  There are no older versions of the firmware available as links on this page or that I could find with searches of the downloadcenter.  My NUC is not eligible to use version 38 on this page.

Can anyone point me in the correct direction?  TIA.

I was reading your post and checking the links that you provided. You’re right, the link keeps pointing to the driver version 038.

I would like to further investigate this matter for you. I will provide an update as soon as possible in the thread.

Additionally, how are you trying to update the drivers? Are you using the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant?

Thank you for the response.  This update isn't a driver but a firmware update tool for the Thunderbolt 3 controller.  I believe this is why Intel is having the user check the SA # and why version 38 cannot be used with the Thunderbolt 3 controller on the earlier built NUC6i7KYK NUCs.

The Thunderbolt firmware update tool is used in a Windows 10 environment with the Thunerbolt driver installed, but it is version 27 of the firmware update tool that is no longer available in the download center.

Again, thanks for researching this and I appreciate the help.  There are bound to be other users that follow that may be looking for the firmware update tool as the NUC6i7KYK was a popular NUC.

I have the same problem! I have NUC6i7KYK with SA# H9075x-101. When I wanted to do a firmware upgrade the website only has link to version 38, while in the same place it states only SA# with 110+ at the end are eligible for this update and version 27 has to be used for older ones - which is unavailable. Can you please help to get it back online?

If you click the link in the Tbt FW 38 page, it fails but if you copy the link to a blank browser window, it works.
