Lost Bluetooth on my NUC 54250WYK

About a month ago I lost Bluetooth, meaning it is not in Device Manager or anywhere to be found in W10 Control Panel nor is it present in the (latest version) of BIOS. Onboard WiFi works fine.

Does anyone have suggestions? The BIOS solution of turning it off and then on again isn't appropriate because I don't see it in BIOS.
