MY NUC6CAYH starts automatically, when I plug it into power. Without pressing the power button on my NUC6CAYH, as a result I can not shutdown in Windows 10 or Windows 8.1. So when I click the shutdown button on windows, my pc will die, but then it starts again, the shutdown process becomes like a restart process. I have updated my bios to the PYBSWCEL.86A version. But its not work, please help me to fix this. thnaks

Please disable (uncheck) Wake system from S5. You don't intend this, since all the fields are not correctly set. Do not forget to press F10.

- Open Windows settings. System > Power & Sleep.
- Click on Additional Power Settings (on R.H. panel).
- Click on "Choose what the power buttons do"

- You did every thing what's coming on my mind.
- I suggest you to perform an In Place Windows Upgrade https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html . Doing this you will replace your current Windows (could be missing some parts) with latest Windows version without loosing any thing from your programs or data. Use the method in Step 6 (with Microsoft Media Creation Tool). It may be will not help, but at least we will prove that this is not Windows problem.

- Looks that the problem is in your NUC hardware.
- Check here if it is still covered by warranty and if yes, you may issue a request for RMA in order to replace it: https://sfederation.intel.com/affwebservices/public/saml2sso?SPID=https://saml.salesforce.com.isvc.portal2&ProtocolBinding=urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-POST&RelayState=%2Fwarrantyinfo%3Flang%3Den%2DUS
