Microphone in NUC7CJYS

My NUC says it has a built in microphone.  Does that mean to do Zoom conferences all I have to add is a camera?  I'm just wondering, because most cameras come with a microphone, but a few don't.  So I can buy a camera without the mic?

Technically, yes, that is all you need. I would point out, however, that most cameras come with their own microphones these days.
