Since the device is unknown, you can use the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant to make sure that your system is up to date.

Also, you can attempt to get more information about this device with the Device ID. You may follow these steps.
Details > Hardware ID > Copy and search for the name of the device > Attempt to download the driver from the manufacturer's website.
When these error messages are displayed in Device Manager, you can list the devices that you recently installed and make sure that it is compatible with the operating system.

Google comes up with it is the Intel audio but I thought we have the Realtek chip for audio?

I dont have either.
The only USB devices I connected is a Logitech mouse and an iFi iOne USB dac (manufacturer driver installed).

The problem resolved after Realtek driver was installed.
