Modern stand-by fails - Microsoft process "MoUsoCoreWorker" seems to be the problem

Hi,

out of a sudden my Intel NUC 7 does not go anymore in stand-by. Consulting the WWW it seems  that "MoUsoCoreWorker"- process is the problem...

powercfg /requests lists only this damm thing, deleting it don't work, a few minutes later the process is alive again  and shown in the process list.

Any idea how to stop this? Annoyingly no support from big MS...

When did you purchase it?

Was it working fine before?

When did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, please check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
