We purchased 14 NUCs, and 4 of them have an issue where the network will just stop every 27 or 28 minutes and reconnect after 10 - 20 seconds. I have a remote monitoring agent that collects the disconnect times, however windows doesn't have any event logs. I have days of logs showing disconnects, 0 event logs.
I have updated drivers, (installed full bundle multiple times, and single networking drivers), but we continue to see the problem.
I have sent some of these back to the vendor, but as they are going by windows event logs, they tell me that they cant' find any issues and send the same faulty systems back. I have contacted support, who looked at one unit (while connected, the workstation experienced the disconnect on her), and we ended up trying to update the driver multiple times. Still no resolution.
Can someone please tell me they've seen this, and know a fix?
What's it going to take to get a working system? Do I need to just toss all of these into a chipper and buy something else?

Where's the other ticket? Where's the other forum?
I've been dealing with this problem for weeks, my vendor blew me off and Intel support, although professional, have had me repeat everything that I've already done and basically wasted a day. Now, after I have gone down all paths provided, finding no answers, I reach out to the forum group and you shut down my thread?
Why not just add "Sit down and shut up" to your message.
I'm the customer. We purchased these products with the assumption that they would work, and that if there was a problem we would have an avenue for support. Instead I have a 28% failure rate, and the support is almost non-existent.
I'm scheduled to replace dozens of workstations, do you think I'll still consider the NUC as an option?
