My HNK wont recognize my Samsung CHG70 Monitor...HELP!!

I have tried 3 different HDMI cables, hooked it up to a tv through HDMI, switched the RAM to a different port (ensured it was seated properly), called Intel to go through all the troubleshooting steps, and none of that has worked. I had a replacement nuc sent out and that has the same issues.

The ram I am using is Ballistix Sport DDR4-2400 SODIMM 1.2v (BLS16G4S240FSD)

I recently bought a DP to MiniDP cable to try that and that also did not work.

How do I get this thing to show some kind of boot menu on my brand new 32" Samsung CHG70 Monitor?

1. From your post it is not clear if you see any other (except video output) indication showing that your NUC is working (i.e. LED blinking, blower)?

2. Did you try connect your NUC to other monitor?

1. It is powering on with a blue light on the power button, a small blue light on the left and a green light on the right. The middle LED is off. It appears the LEDs cycle off approximately every 1 minute. I can hear the fans while the LEDs are lit.

2. I do not have another monitor to connect to. Only TVs in the house

I've don't have HNK NUC, but reading Technical Specification https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/mini-pcs/nuc-kits/NUC8i7HNK_TechProdSpec.pdf https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/mini-pcs/nuc-kits/NUC8i7HNK_TechProdSpec.pdf on pages 58 and 59, I suspect that your computer is not working correctly. The Power Button blue light and the green light on the right shall be solid and shall not go Off every minute.

Try to remove your SSD and power On your NUC only with memory stick installed. If your NUC work, you shall see the Intel logo and the F2, F7, F10 menu. You shall be able to enter bios by pressing F2.

Actually, remove both SODIMMs and power on. The Power LED will flash three times to indicate that there is a problem with memory and, knowing that you should see this, you will become able to recognize such signals. Then, continue with the set of tests Leon had defined, checking for the flashing signals at the point of power-on to see if the NUC is telling you it has a problem with the memory (or something else if flashing but not three flashes).

And, BTW, you can always use one of these other HDMI TVs as your monitor. Any HDMI TV should work in a pinch (well, so long as it has support for 1024x768 pixel resolution to support Visual BIOS).
