Hello,
I've been using the brand-new NUC 10i7 for months. After several boot-ups, it doesn't power on at all.
I checked almost everything inside out of the NUC unit. Searched any related postings via google.
Nothing helped me to bring it back to life.
OS: Windows 10 Professional
System Memory: G-skill 1.2V SO-DIMM 2666MHz 16GB x 2
M.2: KingSpec 1TB
It worked fine several boots in two months.
What I've tried are the same as following.
1. CMOS Battery disconnect and depress power button after 10~20 minutes
2. Removing DRAM or FLASH for less power
3. Combinations of cycling processes 1 and 2.
I've also checked the voltage of the CMOS backup lithium battery. It was 3.08V with no problem at all.
What's the solution for this situation? RMA for new unit?
Any help will be welcome.
p.s. I bought another DRAM units from SAMSUNG which will be delivered in a few days.
