My NUC does not wake up from sleep

Hi.
Yesterday I reinstalled win 10.
The issue was and still is, resuming from sleep mode ( standby mode ).
I have one wireless keyboard with a touchpad on it. and in addition to that, I have some other wireless mouse.

with both of my devices I tried to wake my computer up, but to no avail.
I noticed my pc persisted on sleep mode ( with blue power led flashing slowly ).
I had no other choice but shutting my pc down with the power button.

After shutting down my pc, I tried to restart my pc but to no avail.
I had to unplug my pc’s power brick out of my power outlet & re-plug it again. Only then could I restart my pc regularly.

How can I fix It?

Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i3BEH
all drivers are up to date.

My SSU report is attached.
I just want some solution.

Thanx

I'm still waiting for some answer or solution.

Any help will do.

Meanwhile I've changed some setting in my pc's "Device Manager", as the photos show.

I have few drivers like both of these two under "human interface devices".

It's too early for me to determine whether the issue has been resolved or not.

Hello @R_Kede

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

We noticed that you have a previous open thread regarding the same or very similar issue: My monitor - Not resuming with my keyboard / mouse signal

Just to make sure, do both threads refer to the same issue and the same Intel® NUC? If they do, to avoid duplication of efforts we recommend continuing working through your original thread, and please make sure to share in that thread the information you posted here.

If the threads refer to different issues, please let us know.

I've edited this reply post.

I guess it's the same issue but i'm not sure.

the issue still persists as I've described in my initial post.

My Nuc pc sometimes doesn't resume from sleep as it has done so again today.

I have 2 devices connected to it wirelessly with 2 different nano receivers ( of 2 different manufacturers ).

I'd be happy to supply any required info.

I wish there was some temporary solution for me like waking it up through my wifi or any other way.

I suspect the source of the matter is with my current graphics driver.

everything was ok till it was upgraded few months ago.

I've installed driver Version 30.0.101.1660.

I'll try it for few days and report about it.

I think it's a problem that each time the driver is spontaneously upgraded and bring with it some new problems.

Hello R_Kede

Thank you for your response.

Since this is regarding the same issue in your original thread and we understand that you have installed driver Version 30.0.101.1660 and will test it for some days, the recommendation is to continue working through your original thread and report any new details or feedback in that thread.

This is also to avoid duplication of efforts and duplicate threads. Thank you for your understanding.
