Are you running the latest available BIOS? If not, try upgrading.

Thanks. Already running latest BIOS.  I saw other post peoples who had a same problem, and I tied but it didn't work on me.

My NUC: 11PABi7  Version: K90104-305

All drivers are up to date.

When run Win 11.  I will have this trouble every time after the system update. Then I have to get into BIOS set up, press F9, than F10.

Few days later, if my system or some softer get update, this trouble will show up again.

Now I downgrade to Win.10 system last night. , seem no problems yet.

Do a from-scratch install of Windows 11 (i.e., never upgrade/downgrade) and then, not using IDSA (use IDSA only to keep drivers up to date), install all of the driver packages (except RST, unless you plan to use RAID) that are made available for this unit on Intel's download site. Install the Chipset Device Software (a.k.a. INF Update) package first, followed by the Intel Management Engine package; others can be installed in any order. Here is search that lists these packages: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/search.html?ws=idsa-suggested#q=nuc11phki7c&sort=relevancy&f:@tabfilter=[Downloads].

Hope this helps,

Hi @HyuTao

Are any devices (like USB HUB or external Storage Drive), connected to USB ports? If yes, disconnect it and check if POST fails.

Hi LeonWaksman, thanks a lot !

I don't have an any external storage or hub connect to USB. And I tried all the solutions all day yesterday but no luck.

Still the same trouble will show up after Win.11 system update. And also, the trouble will show up after I my image software update, like Adobe and SkyLUM.

But when I downgrade and back to Win.10, have no problems at all.

I know the BIOS and Windows system is a different thing, But, It seems my system just not work well with Win.11 for some reason.

I guess I will keep on Win.10 for now.
