My NUC only can run for some hours and auto turn off. The amber LED is just blinking slowly. The LED blinking pattern seem do not match any pattern on Intel web I tried to plug-in/out RAM, swap RAM slot, replace the BIOS battery and temperature is OK

This means that the NUC is in a sleep state. Have you tried just wiggling the mouse or touching the power button? I suggest you reset the BIOS configuration and see if it makes a difference.

In addition to Scott's advice, enter Windows Settings System > Power & Sleep and set Sleep (on R.H. panel) to Never.
