My NUC11PHi7c sometimes the USB stop working. (Windows 11)

HI,

I have a NUC11PHi7c and since a few weeks, it has the problem that sometimes the USB ports stop working. The pc keeps working, but my mouse and keyboard which are on USB stop working. My mouse have a light on it and when it happens, the light is not shown. For some reason it looks like the USB driver has crashed and nothing works after that until I restart my PC.

When I connect a bluetooth keyboard it just work find and I can use it to restart. I cannot find anything in the event viewer to see what is wrong.

Anybody has a clue to figure out why it is doing this?

I have the latest windows updates and bios updates.

Regards,

Guido

What bios are you running?

I installed the update and will see if this fixes things.

This is the problem I'm getting. It is a hardware error. But I cannot find what piece of hardware is causing the issue. Any got an idea to find this out?

My PC is not starting up anymore. The start button is blinking every 4 seconds the same with the green light closest to the USB C Port. What to do?

Anybody know what this means?
