NUC-10i7FNH front USB-C port not working with USB-C HDMI/Ethernet converter

I have a NUC10i7FNH and for my application I need to use a USB-C to HDMI/Ethernet converter,

I have tried several ones like:

I cannot get any HDMI output whilst the Ethernet and USB ports on the Hub work fine, when I plug the same hub on the rear USB-C port I get the HDMI output from the HUB with no issues,

 

I have updated the firmware and all drivers with no luck, any suggestions?

This is correct, you can have video output only from the rear port. See Table 1 and para. 1.8, para. 1.5.1.4 in Technical Product Specification.
