NUC 11 could not shut down

My nuc 11 could not completely shut down (the blue LED keeps turning on but no video signal) since last week. I need to unplug it after use everytime. It is windows 10, updated.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand you are having issues with your NUC.

  


In order to better assist you, please provide the following:  


1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.  

2. Did you notice the issue after a system update (BIOS, drivers, firmware)?

3. Do you see a blinking pattern at the LED light on the power button?
