I've bought 6 Intel NUC Kit BNUC11TNKI50002 Core i5 Tiger Canyon. All of them have got a similar problem: Sometimes they stay on after Windows 11 is shutted down.
Monitor is deactivated/ gets black. No response on Keyboard or mouse. White NUC Powerbutton light is on. The only way to restart is by pushing the power button for about 30s.
Latest BIOS, latest driver (through Intel Driver Utility), Windows 11. Bios resetted to defaults using F9. Problem occurs not always.
Any news on that topic?
Regards njs

@azdust You had to post this on SIX different threads? One thread would have been enough.

AlHill,
There are multiple communities discussing this same problem. Trying to keep everyone on the same page.

All of your posts are in the SAME community - Intel NUCS. Multiple posting is unnecessary and not needed.

Hi everyone,
We have a new Graphics driver that was released last week and it addresses this issue, please keep in mind that the driver is still in validation process by the NUC Team but some customers provided good feedback already.
The driver is version 31.0.101.2111 and it is available here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/738230/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html
If you have any other issues with this driver, please report back and you can always go back to the validated version 1660: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19350/intel-graphics-dch-driver-for-intel-nuc.html

Hey,
thanks for the good work!
I've installed the driver on 5/6 of our NUC 11, so far no problem/ no shutdown issue.
One problem left: Windows 11 removes the driver with the automated updates, so I delayed them for 5 weeks. I hope intel can prevent Windows 11 from installing an older driver in the future/ with final release.

Hi njs23,
We have a new driver revision, Graphics Driver version 31.0.101.3222 addresses the issue reported in this community.
Here is the URL for download: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/738230/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html
Please report back if after running this driver the system is not behaving as expected.
Perhaps opening a new community post or reaching out directly to Intel Customer Support is recommended if the system is exhibiting a different issue with this new driver.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Ronny G
