NUC 6CAYH will not turn on

Hello, I have the NUC NUC6CAYH. I use it with Windows 10 1709 64BIT. Unfortunately, since the Bios 47, I have rarely been able to turn it on with my Harmony Ultimate. This has always worked perfectly up to the Bios 042. I do not mean the Standby S3, but from the completely switched off state. Usually it works like that for 3-4 days. Then again 6-7 days it does not work, I have to turn it on by hand.

Thank you for contacting us regarding the Harmony Ultimate boot issues that you are experiencing with our NUC6CAYH it will be more than pleasure to provide you with assistance on this matter.

 

In this case in order to investigate further on your case, please go ahead and make sure that the fast boot setting is deactivated in your system BIOS (latest version based on your brief description)

 

As well, make sure the CIR is enabled in the BIOS settings.

 

Can you please provide us with a longer/detailed description of your issue?

Thank you for your response.

 

Based on the actual report we noticed that the actual unit is running up to date and that the actual behavior seems to be related to a compatibility issue caused by your Harmony Ultimate.

 

While performing further research I was able to find the list of tested peripherals for your unit, where as you can see the only harmony product being tested and compatible is the Harmony 650.
