Hi,
I am having issue with my NUC on my first boot
I have tried booting without ssd, still no display, tested SSD on other PC, works w/o any issue.
Tried with one ram, swap ram, etc. Always get solid blue, no issue. w/o ram power button blink's blue.
Also tried a variety of different monitors/hdmi, USB C to hdmi and none working.

Hi @JF000
- Although the RAM memory you have looks to me meets the requirement of your NUC specifications. it doesn't appears on Intel Validated Memory Modules for your NUC http://compatibleproducts.intel.com/ProductDetails/ExportPeripheralInfo?moduleName=Intel%C2%AE%20NUC&productType=Kits&productName=Intel%C2%AE%20NUC%20Kit%20NUC7i7BNH . It could be that this reason that your NUC is not booting. Since this is a new NUC. if you can, borrow an other memory (from laptop?) and try to test your NUC.
- Other reason may be failure in your Bios. I suggest that you try to recover bios using Bios recovery method with the Yellow Security Jumper removed. I suggest this method since this is an automatic process, without need to user intervention.
- Prepare USB stick fully formatted to FAT32 with Bios file BN0076.bio https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28640/BIOS-Update-BNKBL357-86A-?product=95065 . Format your USB with Quick Format option unchecked. Do not format your USB in MAC (OS) or Linux machine. Use Windows.
- Disconnect the power adapter and remove the bottom panel from your NUC.
- Remove the Yellow Bios Security Jumper. See page 59 in Technical Product Specification https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/mini-pcs/nuc-kits/NUC7i5BN_NUC7i7BN_TechProdSpec.pdf
- Insert the USB with the BN0076.bio file.
- Reconnect the power adapter and power ON the NUC. Wait 30 sec - 2min. The Recovery process will start automatically and will end after 2 -5 minutes.
- When bios recovery is completed, switch the power OFF, remove the power adapter and replace the Security Jumper (pins 1-2) . Reinstall the bottom panel.
- Power your NUC ON.
