I just bought a BXNUC10i7FNH3 and have set up RAM and SSD. For portability, I only purchased a portable monitor with USB Type-C input only. The monitor works fine with my MacBook (just plug and play), but not with the NUC. The BIOS interface of the NUC cannot show on the monitor, so I cannot set up anything and install an OS. BTW, I am new to Type-C monitors.
My questions are:
1. Does BIOS on the NUC support Type-C video output?
2. Is it possible to make the Type-C monitor work? Or do I have to buy another monitor with HDMI?

Your NUC supports monitor through USB C rear port (Thunderbolt 3 type). Your monitor should be compliant to the DisplayPort 1.2 specification. Please read para. 1.5.1.4 and 1.8 in Technical Product Specification.
The drivers and BIOS should be updated (you may download it from the Download page).
Your special attention should be given to Thunderbolt Driver.
