Hello @rggavitn

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

We are unable to determine the exact model of the device using "DT-22011" as a reference. In order to provide the proper support, could you please confirm the exact model of the Intel® NUC? Please check the label located at the bottom of the device's chassis and refer to the Product Code and/or Regulatory Model. You may also take a high-quality picture of the device showing the Product code/model and the serial numbers and provide it to us through a private message.

Also, could you please elaborate more regarding the issue that you are experiencing? You may also share some pictures or a short video to show the issue so we can understand better the behavior.

Finally, please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) in case we need to gather more details about the system:

  • Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer
  • Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
  • Once you have saved the file (.txt file), please attach it to your reply.

To upload and attach a file, use the "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" option below the response textbox.

Best regards,

The box says that the product code is BOXNUC8I7HNK and regulatory model is NUC8HN..  Also says 6303731, Intel-DT-22011, (***Serial Number removed***).  I bought it from Amazon.  I took it to a Computer Concepts store yesterday and they were able to fix it..  They said that they had to do an update that was optional??  Shouldn't be optional if it corrects three windows screens showing at once.  I don't know how they did it.....the screens were so small I could not see them clear enough to do anything.  I had the Intel Pro configuration Utility software installed on my PC and did all the updates about a month ago.  Cost me $89 to fix.
