The below graphics driver update—which contains security fixes—has recently been released:
According to the list of products which that update applies to, it applies to this Processor/GPU:
- Intel® Core™ i7-5557U Processor (4M Cache, up to 3.40 GHz)
- Intel® Iris® Graphics 6100
However, the update is not available through Windows Update for the NUC and also the below NUC driver download page is only showing driver version 22.214.171.12458, not the new driver version (126.96.36.19926) that has just been released:

Regarding your inquiry, the first link that you shared refers to the generic driver and it has the Intel® Core™ i7-5557U Processor (4M Cache, up to 3.40 GHz) listed as compatible. The driver won't show up under the Intel® NUC Kit NUC5i7RYH until validation for custom driver release but you can try the generic driver.
