The below graphics driver update—which contains security fixes—has recently been released:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29474/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-
According to the list of products which that update applies to, it applies to this Processor/GPU:
- Intel® Core™ i7-5557U Processor (4M Cache, up to 3.40 GHz)
- Intel® Iris® Graphics 6100
However, the update is not available through Windows Update for the NUC and also the below NUC driver download page is only showing driver version 15.40.41.5058, not the new driver version (15.40.45.5126) that has just been released:

Are Intel not actively pushing this security fix?

Hello Paul L
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
Regarding your inquiry, the first link that you shared refers to the generic driver and it has the Intel® Core™ i7-5557U Processor (4M Cache, up to 3.40 GHz) listed as compatible. The driver won't show up under the Intel® NUC Kit NUC5i7RYH until validation for custom driver release but you can try the generic driver.
Also, we would like to inform you that due to the Intel® NUC Kit NUC5i7RYH has been discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help in case you need further technical assistance. You may also find the Discontinued Products website helpful to address your request. Thank you for understanding.

You can verify this product's discontinuance status at http://ark.intel.com/ > Product Status > "Discontinued".
Regards,
Andrew G.
