My Intel NUC wont wake up from sleep. it occurs randomly.
After talking to an Intel customer service representative i was told to buy a memory stick appearing on a list of "Intel validated memory" sticks.
I've done so and it cost me 50 US $ but to no avail.
The problem still persists, and there's no reply from customer service.
So I want people to know about it.
Bios & drivers are up to date.
I think Intel's integrity is on the line.
Waiting for someone to reply.

Now it seems I'm facing a new problem on hibernation. My NUC won't wake up from hibernation unless i push the power button on. It wont respond to my mouse or keyboard.
I really think I got a damaged pc.
