My NUC M15 Laptop display is timing out and locking after ~1 minute if I walk away from it. I found another similar post and tried the solution there, which I've included below.
Unfortunately this solution hasn't been possible for me. NUC Software Studio says under User Presence Detection "Intel Context Sensing Service" is not installed or is unavailable, see attached screenshot. I've installed the Intel Context Sensing Service from the NUC M15 driver pack but I don't know how to troubleshoot or tell if it worked. It did say "Installed".
Solution I found that I'm unable to try:
Please try the following recommendation:
- Download Intel® NUC Software Studio Service, here is the URL: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19691/intel-nuc-software-studio-service.html
- Disable "User Presence Detection" refer to the User Guide page 8
- Go to System Settings, go to Display Settings and uncheck: Change brightness automatically when lighting changes

Just figured it out. This is what fixed it for me. Apparently the NUC M15 driver pack had an update for the Context Sensing Service but not the actual installer.
Install this:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/723450/intel-context-sensing-service-icss-driver-fo...
Then This: (The original and latest Driver)
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19691/intel-nuc-software-studio-service.html
The option will be back on the NUC to disable User Presence Detection!!!
