PV000, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support and thank you for the pictures. Just to let you know, the ports that you are using in the back are not the mini HDMI ports, they actually are the USB - Type C Thunderbolt 3 ports. In the following link you will be able to confirm that the Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HVK supports a 6 display configuration, please verify page 22: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/mini-pcs/nuc-kits/NUC8i7HVK_TechProdSpec.p... To try to fix this problem we can try a BIOS update to the latest version 0054: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28642/BIOS-Update-HNKBLi70-86A-?product=126143 Please install the Intel® graphics driver version 25.20.100.6519: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28599/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit-for-I... And then the Radeon™ RX Vega M Graphics Driver version 18.12.2: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28600/Radeon-RX-Vega-M-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-b... Also, we can install the Intel® Thunderbolt™ 3 DCH Driver for Windows® 10 version 1.41.645.0: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28735/Thunderbolt-3-DCH-Driver-for-Windows-10-for-Intel-NU... If you use just one Thunderbolt 3 port, is the problem the same? Which is the specific Windows* version that you are using? Make sure all the latest Windows* updates were installed. What is the model of the memory RAM? Please provide the quantity of sticks, speed, and voltage. What is the model of the SSD/HDD installed in the NUC? What is the model of the monitors? What is the video port the monitors are using? Regards, Alberto R. Intel Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation
