Having the following issue after updating to the latest bios and drivers
1) System Unable to power down completely upon shutting down. LED indicator on power button stays lit and the system fan still spools.
2) System takes at least one minute and longer after restarting the system from cold boot again at NUC Intel Boot Logo screen. Monitor screen stays black and blanked out during that process.
3) After timeout where monitor screen powers off, moving the mouse and keyboard will not turn the screen back on. Black screen stays.
Bios version has been updated to the latest version (0043) . Clean installed windows 11 and windows 10 twice. Same problem still persists.
Drivers has been updated to the latest ones from Intel NUC website as well as through windows updates. Same problem still persists.

Hello yinsh888,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
In order to better assist you, please provide the following information:
- If possible, provide a video where we can see the LED still on and the fan still spinning after shutting down the NUC.
- Download the Intel® SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
Open the application and select "Everything", click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". Please attach the file to your reply.
Best regards,
Steven G.

Hello yinsh888,
Bios version .0043 has quite a few problems with it. I wish they would remove it. We are all waiting for the fix.
They are in a testing phase right now so it may not take much longer. You cant roll back to .0042 so patience is youre friend for now.
Scan the posts and you will find many different problems happening right now with Bios .0043. One person received a test Bios and said that it fixed his issues so there is hope. Hang in there

I would also like to add that the sleep/wake issue has been temporarily resolved after reverting back to graphic driver 27.
However, the power button light still stays on after shutting down.
