NUC Partitions bios usb

Hi, i have a NUC8i5BEK

I formatted the partitions and wiped them in windows 11 -64 bit.

I want to put windows 10 32 bit on the system.

I cant get the NUC working now.

1) I have windows come up on the usb stick and the issue is it does not allow me past the start screen as the keyboard and mouse is not working

2) The keyboard and mouse works in the bios though

3) I can load and boot into uefi shell but not sure what i need to do

Can someone please help me with the steps to have the partitions back on my NUC / M.2 drive so i can load windows on it please.
