I purchased a BXNUC10i7FNHAA1 in mid November and did all the Windows and bios updates and it worked fine for several days but then it started crashing to a blue screen with a message of bios problems. I eventually did a reset of the machine and it just booted to a blue screen half way through the start up. I returned it and bought a new one but I haven't updated the bios and it works fine but I keep getting messages that there are 3 updates available. Has my problem been fixed or am I the only one to have that problem?

In order to get better information about your system, please download the Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU scan and save the results. The .txt file with the results please attach to your post.

Hi @gimpy666
You have the latest BIOS installed (0046). So, don't worry about BIOS. You didn't described about which updates you got the notification and what update tool you are using? I this case I'm recommending that you download and install the Intel Driver & Support Assistant (IDSA). This tool will scan your system and offer all necessary updates.
