I decided to buy Crucial ram, and chose Crucial Ballistix BL2K8G32C16S4B. Now I discover that to run at 3200 I need XMP activated. As far as I can see, above pc doen't have XMP. Am I correct?
If I can't activate XMP would i be better to return and buy non XMP ram?

Correct, you cannot use XMP with most NUC models. Best choice is DDR4-2666, which should be slightly cheaper than DDR4-3200. Whether you can actually return what you have is between you and the storefront you used.
