1. Could be that the drive failed or is not fully connected. I'm assuming that you have a SSD inserted into M.2 slot. Try to remove the drive from the M.2 slot and then reinsert it again. Verify in BIOS settings Advanced > Devices > SATA and Advanced > Devices > PCI that the M.2 slot is enabled and the SSD is recognized.

2. Boot from your Windows 10 installation USB.

3. Select your language preferences and click/tap on Next

4. Click/tap on Repair your computer at the bottom.

5. Click/tap on Troubleshoot

6. Click/tap on Advanced options.

7. Click on Command Prompt

8. While in Command prompt, execute the following commands (click on Enter after each command):

diskpart
list disk
select disk 0 (I'm assuming that this "0" is assigned to the SSD in M.2 slot)
clean
create partition primary
list partition
select partition X(replace X with the output from the command, most likely 1)
format fs=ntfs quick

9. If you will be able to format this drive try to install Windows.
