Disable Secure Boot.

Thank You that worked. Not sure if that's a bug or what. Isn't secure boot meant for the operating system as well.

Well, there has been a discussion on whether it is a bug or a feature. The feature proponents seem to be winning the discussion.

Yes, secure boot is an additional layer of protection for the OS. You can still have Secure Boot on, and just know that F2, F7, F10 all work - you just will not see the menu.
