NUC10i3FNK would not like to shutdown

Hello and I am seeking some help about NUC10i3FNK.

After updating the BIOS and firmware, it still doesn't like to be shutdown at all. 

Whenever you shutdown, the machine will re-start after 5 seconds.

Appreciate any support to rectify this.

Thank you for posting on the Intel* Community Forum.


To better assist you, please provide me with the below information:


  • What specific firmware did you update?
  • Did you perform changes in the BIOS settings?


Please run the following tool in Windows* and attach the report generated. 

  

Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) 

 

  • Intel® SSU Download
  • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View". 
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". 
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". 


Please run the following tool in Windows* and attach the report generated.
