NUC10i5FNH- Driver Assistant-Bitdefender fails

Had to get new security so went to Bitdefender. Now I get an error CAN NOT SCAN in red. The only thing changed was Bitdefender. Have DAS allowed in BD so hoping someone has solution.  Will be asking in BD forum also.

Also have the Program Date folder excluded along with the Program Files Bitdefender folder. Cleaned out all Event Viewer problems and ran the Progam and got this event A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Intel(R) SUR QC Software Asset Manager service to connect.
