So turned on my NUC this morning and BT is turned off.
I have worked through the support suggestions insofar as turning off in bios and on again. Reinstalled the drivers.
Should try the Bios repair next ? I get a bit nervous about this stuff as I am a user rather than a tech....

Yes, I have tried disabling and enabling in devices. There is no BT switch which would indicate widows doesn't recognise it as a BT device. If you mouse over the BT mouse and keyboard in devices small pop up appears to say BT is turned off. I have no idea how to turn it on....
