I can not get my Razer Core X eGPU to connect to by NUC10i7FNH.
Every time I plug it in to the Thunderbolt 3 port, the Intel(R) USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.10 (Microsoft) device driver shuts down with the following error:
This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)
It shows it is running perfectly well before the eGPU is plugged in.
The Display adapter device driver throws the following error, due, I am sure, to the failure of the USB Host Controller:
Intel® Client Systems NUC

Intel® Core™ i7-10710U CPU @ 1.10GHz
Intel® UHD Graphics

I recently went through this on a NUC8. Did you install the Thunderbolt Control Center from the Microsoft Store and open the Thunderbolt Control Center from the Start Menu and Approve the Razer Core X?
Here's a link to the Thunderbolt Control Center: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/thunderbolt-control-center/9n6f0jv38ph1
I'm not sure why the Thunderbolt Control Center is not included with Windows 10 and has to be installed from the Microsoft Store, but after installing that, the Intel Drive & Support Assistant showed that I had updates. The updates were the Thunderbolt drivers for the NUC.

I had some limited success by following the steps in this post:
https://egpu.io/forums/pc-setup/egpu-fail-after-update-to-windows-19-03/
I was at least able to detect the eGPU and use it. However, it seems like every Windows update would overwrite the file Windows\System32\drivers\pci.sys, and I'd have to go through those steps again.
I finally got frustrated enough that I built a dedicated gaming system with the GPU, and now use the NUC for work and school tasks, and do everything graphically intensive (gaming and video editing mostly) on the other system.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
